Dear Sir/ Madam

I’m writing to you about some misunderstandings on my device. Recently, I have purchased IPhone 13 Pro Max from USA with T-mobile SIM card. But, now I am on the trip and I am going to change my SIM card into local one. But, other SIM card  is not working on my device now, I consider that T-mobile has to unlock my phone.
Thanks in advance

For.you device to be eligible for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile.  You must be a current T-Mobile USA customer, you must be the original owner of the device, and your device and T-Mobile account must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

Also if you had bought an Android you could do a temporary unlock but Apple doesn't offer that feature.
