You must be a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to have T-Mobile SIM unlock your device.

You are not a customer and don’t meet the SIM Unlock Policy requirements so T-Mobile will not SIM unlock the device.

You also need to check the imei# to make sure it's not blacklisted, if it is there's no way to unlock it.
