This sounds stupid however I’ve gotten several dozen “solutions”.

“Cellular network has been permanently locked because you have incorrectly entered SIM ME lock 10 times. Please contact the service provider.”

You're going to need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s socal media pages like Facebook or Twitter.


I appreciate your response. I no longer have anything to do with them and I don’t use all social media.

FYI: the prepaid service customers have to call their “support” center in the Philippines and the state side folks refused to even allow me to tell the my problem. Customer service at it’s greatest as long as you have the expectation that you’re wasting your time.
