I bought my One Plus from a guy who lived in the US, I'm from Portugal and I want to update it to solve the OXYGEN 12 problem that only gives me firmware problems. When trying to update it says it is blocked with T MOBILE. How can I unlock the equipment? I bought it second hand...
You need to talk to the person you bought it from. They're the only one who can solve this issue.
