Hello, I have such a question, I was presented with a Samsung galaxy S20 5G smartphone, it is officially unlocked and works with all operators, but eSIM does not work, and at the end of the download it gives an error, and I thought that maybe sim was unlocked, and eSim for some reason The reason was not unlocked by the T-Mobile operator. If this is possible, can you unlock eSim by serial number?

whomever was the original owner will need to have it unlocked. the steps needed in order for it to be unlocked.

Whoever sold it to you probably did a temporary unlock and not a permanent.
