The Manage Benefits page is not loading, and hasn’t for me for a month or so, on both a web browser and the app on my iPhone.
Ditto to this. I have been trying to reach the benefits page on three different web browsers for weeks. Definitely seems like the company does not want its customers to access the “benefits” they offered as perks to attract customers. Starting to think the benefits don’t exist - an apparent scam by T-mobile. Anyone from the company want to speak up and demonstrate otherwise?
Anyone have any answers for this issue?

Wow so this has been going on since the beginning of the year? So not only is the $200 visa gift card for switching to 5G internet with T-mobile a hoax, but also all the Magenta benefits as well? I am losing much respect for this company quickly.
Hasn’t been working for me either with old t mobile Tuesdays App nor with new T Life app need help figuring out why it will not load says lines crossed will not load
This has been a reoccurring issue for me as well. It has been going on for so long I think that it’s on purpose at this point.
