Can't stay connected to Right Networks with Home Internet.

We work from home doing accounting and bookkeeping on Right Networks. It’s frustrating since we keep getting knocked off that platform due to “no internet connection.” It only happens on that particular platform and on one particular laptop.

Is anyone else having the same problem, whether with Right Networks or another platform? Is it a TMobile issue or the platform’s issue? Any ideas on how to resolve it? Thanks.

What you described is a bit too vague to give you an answer.

  1. What is the T-Mobile gateway you have for access to the T-Mobile network?
  2. Since you say it works with every other computer, what is the brand of computer you're having problems with and what is the operating system?
  3. What type of signal are you getting, e.g., 3-bars? LTE or 5G?
  4. Using, what is the download speed you're getting?

If you can supply the answers, maybe we can find out what’s going on and come up with a fix.
