My gateway turns off on it’s own. Just as if I turned it off or unplugged it. Any known cure while I wait on tech?
There are a couple of reasons this can happen. One of which is a malfunctioning gateway or corrupted firmware. The other is usually caused by power issues from the outlet or power strip it is plugged into. Have you tried plugging it into a different outlet to see if that makes any difference? If it doesn’t, ask T-Mobile to send you out a replacement.
I appreciate your help. I tried it in several areas in different plugs. I’ve been trying to get in touch and no one will answer any of the numbers I was given. Chat cuts off because the gateway shuts off.
