Home internet  down and cannot reach customer  support 

The few times I have had this issue, I am unplugged the TMHI modem for several minutes. I than plugged it back in and let it reboot. For me, this solved the issue. Do you remember if you're living in an area that's had recent storms, the tower might be out.


I have also had the issue occasionally. Unplugging power briefly, then plugging power back in has always resolved the problem
