internet contract freedom

I recently changed to t mobile internet with the promise of internet contract freedom, and repayment of the cost to break my previous carrier contract. I have tried codes, using the internet contract freedom site (which states I am not eligible) and spoken online, via phone and in person to T-Mobile. After 4 hours between all modalities I was told to email with my information. After 6 weeks I still have no response or any contact. Looking for any advice on this.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support this forum is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
