No sound on my Galaxy !32

I have accidentally turned off all sound on my A32. No sound. No ring, no keyboard sounds, no notifications. Do Not Disturb is not on, all volumns are up, and I have downloaded all updates and restarted.

take it into a store to see if they can help. this is something someone would need hands on to try and figure out.
