requested cancellation on 11/23 still active?

I called TM beginning of August 22 and told them to cancel my home internet at my current address effective 9/23/2022.  It is Sep. 1 and I am still active and there is no visable or know way I can see to cancel.  Its shotty service at best.  super super slow speeds, cut off constantly and cost too much.

 

any suggestions?

11/23 or November 23rd is almost 3 months away.
