Is there something been going on with the services? They for some reason has slowed down drastically. Do i need to do something besides reset or unplug it for a while? What other options is there??

We've been experiencing this almost every day. We had Verizon with almost zero issues. We regret moving to TMobile!

My internet has been down this morning. 

Tried to report outage. Unsuccessful. 

same here.  i called and she said there was an issue and no idea when it would be fixed.  This is unacceptable..   Sadly I'm going back to xfinity.  at least it works.  

same, out since last night.  Connected for 5 min and down again. But only home internet, not cell phones
