A software update was done this morning.  Now getting this error message: The firmware update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service. Error: Session Aborted (7)

@GMW generally, my experience with software/firmware updates is that if I get errors after the update, I do a system reset (depress the reset button using a paperclip) and then the gateway works again. I would give that a try. Let us know how it works out.
