Cannot open bill on any device. tried phone, computer and iPAD.  just get swirly wheel. have had this issue since account was opened two months ago

I have the same problem from the time I opened my account and i can't access any of the benefits. I've went into the store and spent too much time on 611 and they can't fix it.
