T-Mobile For Business
Discuss all things T-Mobile for Business
When I first joined T-Mobile about a year ago I ported over two phone numbers from Verizon and was offered a free third line. I took it and forgot all about it. My bill was always around 150shFast forward a year I ended up taking a good deal for new phones from AT&T and ported these numbers over. I thought I was good and I just got an auto pay for 120.00 from TMobile. I called and they are still showing the 3rd line as active. However they could not give me any information over the phone as I do not know my account pin. They told me I’d have to go to my local retail store for assistance. Has anyone had a similar issue? Idk if that was just a final bill or if they are charging me for the third line..idek the number for the line as it was never used.
I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the “sad to see you go” email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don’t have to buy a gateway I’m not going to use?
I’ve had the home internet since about 2 years ago and I paid 50$. the 30$ promotion started and I called to have a cut on my bill and the customer service rep. told me I need it 2 more bill cycles to have the promotion active. 6 months passed and I never received my promotion of 30$ home internet. just about a year and a half passed after the promotion and a friend got the home internet after I recommended it to him. He mentions that he pays 30$. I checked the bill and I have been billed 45 with a lame 5$ autopay discount on it for about 17 months. ok I’m really mad at the moment and decided calling customer service to ask for the promotion and I guess some credit since many months ago and the lady tells me that she can give me just the activation of the 30$ promotion for now and maybe a 2 month refund. At this moment I feel worst as an 6 year old T-Mobile customer than new ones. I will make sure to get this everywhere, I saw many Reddit posts about the same so must likely I will
Be careful with very unethical practice by Tmobile to give you free device and they will tell you it is free and will start charging you a service fee. Anyone have the same issues? When I was at the stores they did this to several customers. I should know better. I’ve been with Tmobile for a long time, after this bad experience, I can’t trust Tmobile anymore. Maybe time to switch to a different company or find customers with similar issues and ask a lawyer to sue this company. It is not about the monthly fee, but it is about big corporation just get a way with unethical business practice by scamming customer.
I have been dealing with this ordeal for 3 months. I certainly believe is a scam from Assurant. I filed a claim back in March for a device that broke, immediately after i returned my device. End of March received a message from assurant to send the device, called them they said that they received the device it wasnt scanned. Received a second message on April, called them same thing device was received not scanned , not to worry because they had it. At the end on May $579 charged on my account. I called them back again the device not scanned. I called them back yesterday to verify the status of my refund and now they say that they receive an empty package. i have tracking number and details from USPS where they handed the package to an individual at their location in York Pennsylvania. The internet is full of similar complaints. These insurance companies are scamming consumers. They charged you a monthly fee, they charged you a deductible and then they charge you more than the devic
How to file a complain if hand research team takes over a month to complete invistagation on two lost phones?
It’s been over a month since we have filed a claim that the two phones that we ordered were not delivered and the hand research team still have our claim in queue!!We have spoken to supervisors many times, they all say that should only take a week and they promise that they will get this resolved for us but the claim doesn’t go anywhere. we have lost trust in tech support and would like to know how to file a complain.
T mobile has been charging me for over 18 months for lines I never requested. I just realized what was going on and cancelled the lines. I never used the lines the entire time I had my service. Now I want to be reimbursed for the lines due to me not asking for them. I can’t be the only person they’ve done this too.
Honestly I'm not sure where to begin. Selling, leaking my personal data, stalking and violating FCC privacy rights. I found out T-Mobile was allowing "third" parties to just go unrecognized under there data base for call list as I went to pick up my phone log and saw all the calls by the government entity and others shall I say impersonating. Now to make a claim as they have went on 4 months making excuses and lying to my face, refusing to help or provide service. Unless you count the fact all they have to do is make sure your service is connected according to them. They care less to take accountability for sharing information to control and invade the activity on the phone by not the owner and continue to allow this. I have only been with them for about 7 months now it is still not been resolved and they just keep raising my bill after being told my bill would start to go down as it gets" credit" for what was supposed to be free with promo. I'm tired of being token advantage of and
I have been on the phone to customer service agent for over 30 minutes, placed on hold and keeps repeating the same storyline as per the bill statement for 1 line charges. Refused to escalate my concerns to her supervisor or next level of support. Recently transfered two of the lines to another carrier, leaving my line intact with t-mobile. However, I am being charged $37.48 for 1 line, $34.90 for other services that I am not aware off. I would like a billing specialist to contact me and resolve this issue. Thanks.
