What is with T-Mobile’s app and website. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone, and it never lets me go past the credit card payment window. I’ve tried three valid credit cards and debit cards, still won’t process any! Keep getting a screen that tells me to call customer service. So frustrating!

I am trying to upgrade too and the website keeps giving me errors. Tried going to the store but they didn’t have the phone I wanted and now can’t even upgrade through their website
