I am very very angry about the fact I can't purchase ANYTHING through "My Sprint". It's gives me a red box claiming to have technical problems... apparently major problems considering this has happened multiple times over the past 2 years.
Everyone has to agree physically going into a Sprint/T-Mobile store is a ridiculous & time consuming process. To do anything in the retail store. Its alot easier to take are of things on "My Sprint"!!
Please help me!! I'm not paying an employee to message chat! My bill is outrageous enough. I also tried signing out/in & deleting/reinstalling the "My Sprint " app.
It doesn't matter now since all purchases are now charged a $35 fee starting November 3rd.
