When is your IT going to fix their website? We have 25 lines on our business account and NOTHING can be managed by your website which constantly crashes, hangs up, and loops multiple error messages, system not available messages, page not found messages.. the list goes on and on. TMO knows this has been an issue for years but does absolutely nothing to resolve it.

 

I want answers before I close our accounts and move to ATT.

No one here is going to have the answers you are looking for.  This is a peer help forum with very little T-Mobile presence.  Calling Customer Support or reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter would be your best ways to have someone look into the issues you are experiencing.
