$10/month charge for absolutely nothing?

I have a $10 charge every month listed as Digits. I have tried calling T-Mobile support and going into a store. I get the exact same answer everytime. "Sorry we can't do that you have to go to the store/call customer support." It has been almost 4 years now which totals to  $480 I have spent on literally nothing. This is my last attempt to get this resolved. Am I the only one that has experienced this?

Try reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter.  Digits is a web and app based way to use your or another T-Mobile number, similar to how Google Voice works.
