Not receiving bill payment notifications via email
I have bill payment notification set up for email but I’m not receiving any email from TMobile. No spam either. BUT I have also opted out of all marketing emails. Are the two related? Must I opt-in for marketing emails in order to get bill payment notifications via email?
Extra EIP payment just reduced monthly auto pay?
My daughter just added a new phone to our plan, but wants to pay it off early. She pays just a little extra each month. I am set up with auto pay; however, went online before the deduction date and made her small payment as an actual extra EIP payment. All that did was reduce the actual auto payment. Any advise would be helpful. I’ve been a Tmo customer for over 20 years and their customer service when you call in has really gone downhill. :(

So very frustrating. Trying to downgrade my Galaxy Z Fold 4 that is not a year old to a A54, but can’t get them to send me the return label. They processed the order as an upgrade instead of trade-in and now they want me to send my new phone back to them to start the process all over again so it follows the correct process! I have been a customer over 10 years, but am now considering changing. I have called and spoke to more than 6 people and I was assured this will be resolved, but I have still not received the return label. The process is broken and staff have no clue how to resolve if it doesn’t all in the process.
One member of a family plan leaves the plan
My wife and I have an Essentials 55+ plan with two lines. If I leave T-Mobile and take my phone number to a different carrier, what happens to my wife’s line? Will she lose her service? Or does her plan automatically switch to a single line? Is the monthly bill reduced, or does it stay the same?
F451 Error - Unable to link T-Mobile home internet phone number
I just signed up for T-Mobile home internet and am trying to link my home internet phone number to my account and it keeps taking me to the ‘F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.’ error page. Just got off a 1.5 hour support call with no resolution. They keep asking me to try signing up using a different email address which doesn’t work. The system responds saying I need to use the email address I provided when signing up for home internet service.Would be great to somehow get this resolved in the next month so I can pay my first bill.
Why is so hard get god support from T-Mobile?
My son phone died. I have insurance. I call the tech support and they send to me a new phone to the retailer. The reatailer didn’t give me the new phone because the the old one don’t work. I called T-mobile and create a claim with the representative. Today I tried to follow up the claim but the webpage doesn’t work. I call the T-mobile agent, they transfer to the insurance, the insurance tell me that T-mobile administrate this kind of issues. At the end of the day I don’t have a phone and the solution seems to be in the distant future. Somebody can help me?
Netflix limiting to one household.
I've been with T-mobile since they acquired Suncom in 2007. We have 7 devices on our plan (6 phones and a watch). Our plan was the first to offer free netflix and we're on that same plan to this day (never changed plans such as Magneta, etc., just added devices). One of these phones (main tmobile account holder) lives in GA and the others (My Daughter and her family) live in Maryland. So how does this affect our Netflix? Will we still be able to have netflix at both households because of the t-mobile deal? If not, will t-mobile offer something else?
Stand Alone Apple watch
Hello,I purchased an Iwatch SE (with Cellular service capability) for my son. I also setup a phone line for a STAND ALONE number for the Iwatch itself. I do not have any active line Iphones in my account. I do have a test Iphone 7 plus (not an active line)I know you need to go through the initial setup (and install apps) from an Iphone. I am also hearing that the iphone needs to be an active line. (Confirming is true) My goal is to use my dummy iphone (which does not have a active line with tmobile) to setup the iwatch and then once it is done, I am able to call my son from his Iwatch phone number and also track him on wheres my apple device app?Is there any possibility to have this “Stand Alone” Iwatch (which has its own number) but NOT have an active Iphone (with a phone number)? I Am trying to avoid to pay for another line just get my son’s iwatch to work as a phone. What I am hearing is it needs to have an active Iphone line just to get the iwatch to work with service ? (I am hop
lost phone at tmo grc fort worth, tx
New to T mobile since end of December 2022. Brand new iphone worked a week. Returned to TMO GRC on January 6th. UPS says delivered. Tmobile keeps saying there but hasn’t been scanned into system. Now months later, many calls, nothing they can do. So, I am paying for a phone that was returned. Its someplace in that warehouse. This appears to be a problem for others too.
NEED HELP - Ported from Verizon and unable to receive any SMS texts from Verizon phones, all else fine
Six weeks ago I switched 4 phone numbers from Verizon to T-Mobile and purchased 4 new phones. While the other 3 work fine, mine has a very specific issue that no one has been able to resolve.I can call and text phones on all carriers with no issue. I can receive calls and MMS texts from all carriers with no issue. This includes sending photos and group messages.I can receive SMS texts from all carriers, however I cannot receive SMS texts from any Verizon phone. If a Verizon user texts me even one word, it is not received. To make it worse, the sender does not know it was not received, and I do not know that they tried to send me something. It is a business line that I’ve had for over 20 years and I now have pissed off customers and am missing out on potential new business. I have made dozens of calls to T-Mobile and Verizon tech support, and completed all the triage and troubleshooting steps, including:New SIM cards (physical and E-sim), and switching to different phones.Perform
I use to be a sprint customer and recently switched. I created a login through t-mobile, but it only has info about my phone not my husband's and says I need administrative permission... I've always been incharge of bills and all accounts for stuff so I am not sure how I can see his phone on account... how do I fix this so that both phones and all information shows when I log into account?
Text messages are randomly delayed by up to a day
I've been seeing this off and on for months in group texts mostly, but also in direct texts as well. The problem is that text messages are often delayed by up to 24 hours and then dumped all at once into my phone. This is looking to be a TMobile issue. I'm on an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest version of iOS. To sum up:This is only with text messages, not iMessage or other messaging apps. This happens when I have a good signal and a wifi connection in my house, but it has also happened when I'm out and have only cellular, but still a good signal. The other people in group chats are spread across numerous different carriers. None of them have reported this. The usual phone troubleshooting steps (quit the Messages application, restart the phone, etc) do absolutely nothing.I checked the activity logs in my TMobile account. The text messages in question all came through at the same time according to the logs. It looks like it's somehow getting delayed inside of TMobile's system.I've missed some
Assurant return damaged device package Empty!!
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the last 16 years and have filed 3 claims 2 damaged phones and 1 stolen. I have paid $4,608.00 in total for insurance on my devices. $42,240.00 for phone service. I am beyond upset and no is not even the amount I am erroneously being charged by assurant through T-mobile. But is the scam that assurant is able to get away with! This is my story, I accidentally damaged my phone in September and filed a claim with assurant for this phone to be replaced, my claim was approved next day and I received my replacement. I sent the damaged phone back to assurant on September 14th and received a notification it was received September 17th in their York PA warehouse. I received a letter in November stating phone was not received, so I called assurant and their Rep stated that they had actually received the phone but the package had not been scanned in. Then I get a charge on my T-Mobile account in December stating assurant never received their damaged device. I
Questions about Costco Promo
I recently switched from AT&T Prepaid to Go5G+ at Costco, and just got my first phone bill. Looking at it, I have some questions: Does AT&T Prepaid count as a "qualifying plan" for the $250 port-in credit? I submitted the request to redeem it but have not heard anything back yet. Just want to double check. I was also offered an insider code for 20% off, but my bill still shows the amount before the discount. When will it show up? Does switching from AT&T Prepaid qualify? And will the over-payment be refunded? Thanks.
