I had already paid for my MLB.TV subscription when I found out that T-Mobile is offering MLB.TV free for the season. How can I get a refund for what I’ve paid from either T-Mobile or MLB.TV (or am I SOL)?

You're going to need to see if you can cancel through MLB.
