My Gateway appears to be dead.
Has worked GREAT since I got it, but last night we had a very bad Thunder Storm with a power
outage. Since then the unit will not power up.
Thank God the Franklin you sent with the original order works and is a very limited Backup.
How do I go about exchanging this unit for a replacement one?
