ARC KVD21 Gateway Stopped working after thunder storm

My Gateway appears to be dead.

Has worked GREAT since I got it, but last night we had a very bad Thunder Storm with a power

outage.  Since then the unit will not power up.

 

Thank God the Franklin you sent with the original order works and is a very limited Backup.

 

How do I go about exchanging this unit for a replacement one?

There are currently no authorized TMobile support reps on the forum. The community is all peer-to-peer customers to help troubleshoot problems based on shared experience. Nobody has the authority to issue returns or refunds on this forum. You should contact Tmobile support directly to initiate replacement.
