Hello, I had switched my autopay on different credit card and removed the prior, but still my bill is pending to deducted the old one. please switch it to new card,

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
