How can Ii receive a billing statement showing my billing address.

Do you have a prepaid plan or post paid plan?
Prepaid plans don’t have detailed billing
No pre-paid plan. Invoice paid and the end of the month.

It’s in your bill summary but you need to scroll down a bit it’s under tax, fees and breakdown.
Just sign into your MyTmobile account and go to bill summary.

Also if you scroll all the way to the bottom there’s an envelope that has your billing address.
