I have been on the phone numerous times in the past month regarding over billing on my account.  You can only do this by phone and I found out that when I view of my bill on line is not something the T-Mobile representative can see.  We don’t see the same pages.  They see different dialogue and language so it is very difficult to communicate with them about disputed charges.  I have had my bill revised only to see it unrevised 2 or 3 days later.  Very annoying.

Question - How do I send T-Mobile a copy of my bill so 1) I can verify the correct amount we resolved in the phone call so that it won’t change (I just don’t trust their process)  and 2) I do not have to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with the representative and 3) to assure myself that the bill won’t change again?
