Deleting Data From E-Mail

I can not connect to my e-mail because I don’t have enough storage on my phone. How do I delete data from my e-mail if the error message keeps popping up saying “ Cannot connect to the server, try again later.” I have deleted messages sent, drafts VIP but I still can’t connect to send and receive e-mail messages. What do I do?

you sure it isnt saying there isnt enough memory on the phone itself to be able to pull anything up?

 

start by clearing simple things like call history or long winded out texts that dont contain anything that is needing kept..videos you have taken or saved and pics eat up a lot of internal memory..
