No. I have other messages showing.. my cycle refreshed over a week ago.
It seems like it’s messages mostly between my boyfriend and I. When I cross referenced messages in green are there, but not blue ones.. I don’t know why this even started changing colors on phones. We are on the same account.
T-mobile usage data is NOT updating on all 4 of my devices. I have had this problem since my new billing cycle started on 2/6/23. Before that, it worked pretty good and updated within an hour or 2. I need this data almost daily.
It’s frustrating.
Same issue - still not resolved after 3 weeks. Tmobile is non responsive and evasive.

We know that the usage details are important for many reasons, and we are working on finding out why this isn’t currently showing and how to fix it. It is taking some time, and I know that is frustrating. We appreciate your patience and kindness.

Hello all. I posted in the other thread (USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | T-Mobile Community), but I am so excited that I wanted to say here too: This issue is now officially resolved. I recommend logging out of your account and clearing history before you try again. I did on my account and it is loading like normal. YAY!!
