I want to compliment Shawn Malen at TMO’s Santa Rosa Mall store for the help he provided me over the last couple of days. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone, modify our plan, and add an Apple watch to my account. These transactions took a long, long while to complete, including setting up the new equipment with iOS 16.4.1.
