Why doesn’t T-Mobile offer perks to it’s loyal customers, i.e. phone purchase discounts or plan discounts especially to those customers who have been with T-Mobile for some time?
Why doesn’t T-Mobile offer perks to it’s loyal customers, i.e. phone purchase discounts or plan discounts especially to those customers who have been with T-Mobile for some time?
Because companies don’t grow from existing customers, but by adding new customers with incentives.
