can I review messages sent from and to my phone

On your bill? No. T-Mobile does not store text messages sent and received by customers unless subpoenaed to by law enforcement.
I’m having trouble receiving any messages and or calls and I can’t send any messages or call anyone as well. I don’t know if this is an issue for just myself or for everyone else. I’ve already restarted my phone twice to see if that was the issue but no. What can I do?
