I noticed that mobile hotspots don’t receive texts for verification, as such it becomes impossible to set up a T-Mobile ID and verify it. This results in late fees and difficulties paying the initial bill or setting up automatic payments. Any chance you’d like to refund the late fees and rescind any negative credit reports? This is due to a lack of foresight from your website techs, not any kind of dishonesty or infidelity on the part of the customers.
