As of last Thursday, April 6, 2023, cell phone issues occurred at my work site with Broward County Public Schools. I am not getting a signal. In fact, there is an “x” instead of bars. My cell phone (call/texts) is used to authenticate my MS account.

Please advise

An X instead of bars is no service.  Is your bill paid up?  If it’s a prepaid account.  Did you have enough funds for the plan to renew?  Have you tried removing your SIM and reinserting your SIM card?  


Problem Solved!  The school techs uploaded the Authenticator App. This way various options are provided to authenticate.
