Hello, I wanted to cancel my order and the tm rep said they can’t since it’s already shipped or in the process of shipping. They then asked me to call back when the status on the UPS tracking changes to “on the way”. I did and they helped me to intercept the package and return back to the sender. The tracking number all shows that the package is returned back to the sender last week. I haven’t got any updates yet from TM. Is there a concern? Thanks

Tmobile should send a sms message once it's processed as a return. If you don't here anything soon try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
