I do not understand why I have so many problems with this company. I love T-Mobile and it’s been a pleasure, but having problems with everything is being a hassle. I am so tired of being on the phone for hours on end and nothing gets accomplished. I filed a claim for a damaged phone and insurance stated that I could go to a store and pick it up, but the store refused to help stating they do not take the damaged phone. That store has been a problem since day 1.

Is it possible to get the phone from the store then send your phone back via the ship back method?

Is it possible to get support to send you some type of paperwork to pick up a phone in the store?
