It use to be $15 unless you can prove you need to change it for harassment or another reason.
Yep, the last time a friend did it, it was for 15 PLUS some tax (so almost 20)
i keep getting spam messages from someone who had my number previously, and no matter how many times i block the numbers, would that cost to have it changed?

call TMO or contact them via Facebook/Twitter...ask them to change your number.
