As the title says. Ordered on the 6th. Paid for overnight shipping. It’s showing in stock. It’s now the 13th and still processing. My card was immediately charged, and I have nothing to show for it. Please help!
make sure to check the spam folder of whichever email you have set up with TMO in case they sent you something and it got bumped into there..
if nothing in there you will need to either call in or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter. the later two will land you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
