I cancelled my T-Mobile services as I was stuck abroad when the pandemic travel restrictions were in effect. I am now soon to return to the US but I can’t login to my account without linking a T-Mobile phone number. I don’t currently have a T-Mobile phone number but I am attempting to reactivate.
Does anyone know how to bypass this without creating an all new account? I prefer having all my subscriptions on the same email address.
You have to create a new account. You should be able to create a new account with the same e-mail address.
