Where do I get a promotion code? it seems like a sea of dead links and none of their data entry sections go anywhere, but it says I need a promotion code to go anywhere

NOT “solved” so hopefully T-mo sees this and actually DOES solve the problem.
so once you click the drop down for the phone number what happens? are you able to input your number? does it list the numbers on your account? your screen isnt really showing much other than the next step.
All three of my lines are listed and attempting to select any results in same situation with next box having...

The page I posted earlier comes up when I go to the https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/paramount-plus-deal route.
If I go the https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus route I can enter any of my numbers and after I click submit the website doesn't do anything. It’s as if its a dead-end URL.
Tried a couple different browsers as well just in case it was anything related to how browser loads HTML
Finally worked… I did nothing different than previous… so whatever it was it worked out.
After waiting for an hour on the phone, I finally discovered this community site and found that the link above -- https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus -- DOES WORK! Sure would’ve been nice if that’s where we were directed from the email… Anyway, success!
It sure seems like it’s a scam because nothing is working and I have spent so many hours with t-mobile reps without any actual result...

LAME as usual! tmobile always has BS “promos” like this that never work! we shouldn’t have to go through SO much trouble! I keep getting and “invalid code” message

why does tmobile make things so difficult for “loyal” customers if they really care about us?
T-mobile chat stayed on with me until we figured it all out took me about half hour I had Scott for my sign up for T-mobile 10+ then another for paramount plus I never had them leave my side until it was fixed. So my experience was very different I clicked on the chat they’re wonderful couldn’t as for any better help!!!! Thank you T-mobile

I tried cancelling. Still got the “coupon code is invalid” message when I tried starting over.
Never mind that there’s a box there that says “redeem a coupon” that implies that we can indeed redeem a coupon. Where I still get the “promotional code is invalid”.
