Trouble with Prepaid eSim Card

I’m from Brazil. Just purchased prepaid ESIM card 3GB through the T MOBILE app for my use during my tourism trip to Florida. Payment successful. My iPhone is unlocked. So everything set. But I got an error message from T MOBILE (505 3033) telling me there was something wrong with my purchase! And I cannot activate the new number on my phone. I have a iPhone 13. 

Can someone help me please? There is no support via chat and I can’t telephone due to high charges for international call. 

I’m travelling tomorrow and need data as soon as I get to the airport at Miami. Thanks you very much!

The sim won't activate till it connects to Tmobile USA towers.
