I get this message:

I tried to visit a store and they were not interested in helping, I tried the above number and they seemed clueless. 

Support is now a run around. This is just lazy on your part and counter productive.

I upgraded my phone from best buy last week with no problems and got the phone for $150 cheaper than upgrading through T-Mobile.
