I cannot log into my T-Mobile account. I have spent 2 days trying to find out how to pay my bill since it was suspended a bit ago. it tells me to use my number to link to T-Mobile but I do not have that number at the moment and it is literally impossible to pay the bill. I am lost and clueless what to do.

 

any help would be great..

Same issue here!  I’m switching to another provider. Their online account service is awful and chat is zero help!
