If you have the Max plan you get free limited speed data and texting but calling is not free.
This page has more information about the international roaming. Unlimited texting and data is included in 210+ countries, but as the other person said, talk is not included for free. The data speeds are heavily throttled though, so it’s barely usable for things like navigation and web searches. Don’t expect to be doing any streaming or even load apps/pages with many photos.

It’s easier to list the countries that are not included: You can look them up here https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/roaming Essentially, any place that 99% of people would want to go is included, except ships, planes and Cuba.
