or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
Post paid or prepaid customer? Prepaid is offshore support.

it doesn’t matter what time I call. I got this bad customer service. They’re outside the US they don’t talk. No English
do you suggest anything to do to get customer service in the US like beforeI used to get tech support in Main USA
