Going back to Att T-Mobile couldn’t upgrade anything for me for a reason that still hasn’t been answered…says computer down. They didn’t even know my phone number and they’re my phone company then just being passed to a phone number not even a transfer?

I do my upgrades through Best Buy now. Cheaper and easier.
