What happened to the Bluetooth button that was on the voicemail app? My hearing aid connects to my phone using Bluetooth. It's now difficult to hear my voicemail. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G with all lasted update

That would be a Samsung issue with their last voicemail app update. Try doing a Google search for the “Bluetooth button on the Samsung voicemail app”.
I guess I should clarify my question a little more. I am referring to the tmobile voicemail app. The last update looks like something from 1999. It has no function to it except the PLAY BUTTON and SPEAKER.

The native Tmobile voicemail app doesn't look like it's available but have you tried visual voicemail?
Yeah but it could be a HACKER that has gotten into your phone/accounts, or other things
