Every time I get the forced updates it resets all of my app permissions and has broken my DEXCOM app to the point that I have to factory reset my phone to fix it which take hours to reset up all of apps. Please stop pushing these patches that act more like a virus than protection from them. I depend on my Dexcom app to monitor my glucose level and having to spend 4 -6 reloading my phone is ridiculous. I know the people developing these patches do care how they affect people because they don’t need to deal with aftermath. So hopefully some T-Mobile Executive reads this and fixes the software development department and gets them to development patches that do not make the end user miserable.
There is an issue in the oneplus version of android 12 that prevents microsoft intune passport from functioning properly. oneplus has fixed this for unlocked phones (c47 update), however, tmobile has not yet pushed this update. So I have a $1000 phone that I can’t use for work, because it won’t authenticate. It is a known issue and tmobile has done NOTHING to help. https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/microsoft-intune-company-portal-app-not-in-compliance-after-oneplus-9-pro-upgraded-to-android-12.1533414/
My wife and I recently got Samsung S22 Ultras from T Mobile. Within the last 4 or 5 days, my Samsung USB C headphones no longer work. I bought another pair and no luck. Both phones are affected and chatting with Samsung support is USELESS. Using the headphones is an essential function for me...any help?
The galaxy tab s6 tablet android 12 has roll out already on wifi models and 4 days ago, verizon lte models got their update to android 12, I ask that t mobile get with samsung and google and update the tablet as how it suppose to be able to update, this is the last big update by samsung this tablet is having and t mobile did not even post it at scheduled much less in testing, I choose t mobile as my carrier with my family plan, I choose to buy this tablet with you why wifi models and other carriers are getting updates to android 12 on this tablet(tab s6) and t mobile not? this must be change because it anticonsumer when a carrier denies or for wte reason dont provide a update to a equipment that the OS and Manufacturer are providing to it.
I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn’t get the warranty they won’t help me. Very poor customer service. I’ve been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. Very sad that they don’t care.
I have Samsung S21 and want to install whatsapp plus, but i am unable to install it via play store, i tried websites APK to install, but i am not sure, are these safe or not, can any one guide me, should i install or not? link of website is here check please and suggest me .
There is an issue with Whatsapp on S21. The old phone is still present. Media such as photos and videos didn’t transfer. In their place you can see a box where the media should be. There are some other issues such as being able to call out and receive texts. Should the app be uninstalled and reinstalled? Can the old phone still be used to provide a backup even if there is no network?
My Samsung s21 had screen burn in. I took it to a T-Mobile store and used Assurant to get a new s21. Would this count as my jump on demand. I have 10 more months with the installment payments and can not upgrade. When looking at phones it would show that I would need to put half down for a new phone.
Hi, I am getting no definitive help from anyone. I got a Galaxy Watch (42mm) a few months ago and has been trying to activate the mobile network so it could connect with my LG V30. I just want to know if it is possible because I could not find any information. I made sure it was on the right plan, reset the watch a lot of times, and even reinstalled the applications.
I just got a OnePlus 9 5G and switched to T Mobil about a month ago and ever since, both on Wifi and mobile data, there is a major lag when making video calls which I never had before with my old phone when I was on Metro. I have tried turning off the Wifi and only using mobile data and vs versa with no luck. My husband also has the same phone and it has gotten to the point that video calls aren’t worth the headache to ask the other person to repeat what they said during the lag.
I commonly take a screen shot of a text message and save the ‘Picture’ to my cloud. I am looking for a way to capture a series of messages, or a conversation, which would include a date/time of when the messages occurred. Is there a way to do this? I have a Samsung Galaxy S20-FE Thanks!

If a device isn’t certified by Google, it will no longer be able to use Google apps.Apparently T-Mobile sold me a phone that is not certified by Google. The OnePlus 6TGoogle is blocking devices that are not certified by Google. Which basically means Google doesn’t have a record of the Android compatibility test results. If you discover one of your apps is not working properly. If you hold down the app until you get options and you select app info. Select advanced options at the bottom, select app details, and get this message "this app isn't compatible with your device anymore, contact the developers for more info" Google warned that eventually all of their apps including Messages won’t work on uncertified devices after some time. Or that you cannot even bring up Netflix or Disney plus on the Google app store. Chances are your phone is on the list of uncertified devices. Check to see if your phone has been certified with Google play store.https://storage.googleapis.com/play_public
