Native Visual Voicemail not working on my brand new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone

I just bought a new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone and my native Visual Voicemail is not working. My Unlocked Pixel 3a native Visual Voicemail worked fine for 3 years and it still works fine as I’ve given this phone to my brother who has the same T-Mobile plan.I’ve talked to T-Mobile support and so far they haven’t been able to figure out why it’s not working. It appears (see pics) that it’s trying to activate, but never does.Using the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail App is NOT an option… it is not the same and it doesn’t transcribe the voicemail to text. If this issue can’t be resolved I’ll be forced to change carriers.

Samsung Phones not ringing

My son and I are both having issues with our Samsung Phones receiving calls. A Note 8 and a Note 10+. Either they are not ringing at all and going right to voicemail or they ring, but unless you’re looking at your phone, you’d never know you were getting a call. There is no ring to notify us of calls. Yes, sound is turned on. We have tried toggling on and off wi-fi calling doesn’t make a difference. Please help, this has been going on for like a month. The fact that we’re both having this issue, lets me know it isn’t just our devices.

Calls go straight to voicemail - phone doesn't ring (Samsung S6 on Nougat)

About 2 1/2 weeks ago, I started missing calls because my phone wasn't ringing and calls went straight to voicemail. For some of the calls that come in (including Telemarketers unfortunately), I hear the ringtone while others go straight to voicemail. A work colleague has called me and a few times the phone rang and the rest of the time his calls went to voicemail. It appears to be completely random and not associated with certain numbers, people in my contact list or calls during certain times of the day.I've had my phone for about 9-10 months and although I had other notification issues with it (which I eventually solved), I always heard a ring tone when a call was coming in up until about 2-3 weeks ago.I've checked all my settings and did some troubleshooting of my own1. Volume for all notifications is turned up (Do not disturb is OFF)2. I don't have any calls blocked3. I don't have call forwarding (in fact, that option doesn't even appear on my phone in the settings menu! What's up

GAZILLION spam callers

I’ve got the the spam catcher turned on and I’ve blocked multiple numbers but they are still getting thru to the ring stage and leaving voicemail messages. How can I make this stop?!?! I get at least 15-20 a day

Tmobile support team,Before i added International pass, i have called TMobile. I was told and assured that when i am in the Philippines, i can call and text with additional charge of $0.25 per minute; but, when i am in the Philippines, I cannot call nor text, it says “You cannot make outgoing calls nor text while call or text barring is on”.can you help me.

This evening I received the worst customer service ever.

I have had the same phone number and have been a faithful customer of Nextel, Sprint, and now T-Mobile since 1991. This evening I received the worst customer service ever.I walked into the T-Mobile store at 3035 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 at 5:40. (Store hours are 10:00 – 8:00). I was greeted by a young man who said you just made it, we are closing. I stated I just needed to pick up my phone. After a short conversation about what phone, I had and what phone I was picking up. He went into the back room and came out saying my phone was not there. I showed him my text requesting that I pick up my phone at that store today. I asked him to check the computer. I was told the computers weren’t for customer information they were for employees’ personal use. He also said he was not able to access any records that would give him information on my phone. In the meantime, I was trying to call customer service to confirm a problem or verify delivery. The young man came back out of the storero

App Exchange Not Working

My App Exchange does not work and I’m trying to figure out why. I hit the Get Started and it starts doing its thing and then I get this Error Messages: Failed SOC Check Unable to get SOC Information 213. I check the Preflight Progress, and all checks except the SOC Check. Also this morning, I’m having issues with my App: Service Unavailable. F451: Uh-oh looks like we have our wires crossed. Try again. Anyone else having these issues? I have the Samsung 22+

SMS/MMS not sending for over a month, Google Pixel 7a from iphone 12

Ever since i switched from my iphone to my new Google Pixel 7a, i’ve repeatedly gotten the following message whenever i try to text my mother, coworkers, wife, and several others including my stepdaughter.“Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.”I have none of them blocked and i confirmed it with t-mobile support, who told me it cannot be anything to do on their end and i have no message blocking in affect on either of my tmobile lines.I’ve tried taking out my sim and putting it back in.I’ve tried using downloading and using different text message apps and setting as default.I’ve tried sending multiple messages once a day for over a month, just to check if it works yet.I’ve MOST IMPORTANTLY, put my sim back into my old iphone 12 and deactivated “iMessage” after reading on a forum site that usually, that would be the reason this occurs.Not a single thing i’ve listed or otherwise tried to do to rectify this issue has resulted in any sort of victory.Most irritatingl

T Mobile should issue refunds for the Revvl 5G

The Revvl 5G blocks a number of important apps from running in the background, such as Life360 and WheresMyDroid. This, even though they are listed as NOT being battery optimized and should be allowed to run. The OS lets them run for about an hour, then shuts them down.After fighting with T-Mobile, trying a million different “solutions” (none of which worked) and also trying to work with Life360 and Where’sMyDroid, I finally gave up. I paid to get the screen fixed - which had cracked DESPITE being in an Otterbox and having a screen protector (last time I buy an Otterbox, what a waste). Just to make that clear - I got it fixed, which means they sent me a new phone. Exactly the same problem. So it wasn’t because my particular phone was faulty.I got the Galaxy A52. Immediately, everything just works. No problems. No hassles. No idiocy with tweaks that don’t work.THE REVVL 5G IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I’m furious that I had to waste over $200 to find that out. T-Mobile should do

When, using my Samsung phone to call a company with an automatic answering service, I cannot get the service to recognize my responses. For example when asked to “Press 1 for Yes”., my pressing the requested number isn’t noted by the service and I can’t continue to access any part of the system.
