S22 UltraRandomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support.Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings.Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won’t warranty it. Hello Everyone,I’m looking for some sort of help if anyone has encountered the issue that I am having. I recently tried to make a switch over to Verizon from T-mobile and had begun the process online. Mistake number 1. In trying to do so I did not realized that I needed transfer of liability from the account that I was under in order to have my own account. After realizing how much of a mess it was to even do that I decided it was not worth it to switch after all and decided to stick with T-Mobile. Before my number could be on my own account the T-mobile rep said that my number was ported to verizon and needed to be ported back. I had called Verizon and had them port my number back as they said my number was only partially ported. After all that I had my own account on T-mobile. Now I am not receiving messages from ANY Verizon carriers and I dont know what is going on. Verizon carriers are able to receive my messages and calls but I cannot receive messages from them, just calls. I have
Hello, I’ve been searching for a solution for unable to download attachments in the Gmail app on this device. I recently got the new phone about 2 weeks ago. I’ve done the “fixes” seen in the Google forums for Gmail attachment issues, but it will not fix it. I have also uninstalled the update for Gmail, then reinstalled it. Mimicked settings for Gmail just like my old phone (a Motorola) and it still will not download attachments. Yet, when I added my Gmail account to the Microsoft Outlook app, I am able to download attachments from my Gmail account. Anyone else have this issue? I’m at a loss for what else to do.
im having issues with my home internet wifi only when i use my smartview mirroring to the tv from my phone to watch movies....weveything runs fine until i connect my bluetooth earbuds so i can listen to the movie being synced on my tv quietly due to roommates...its only been happening foe the last three days...ive tried resetting my wifi and bluetooth network settings and restarting the router as well....ive even went got new home router som catd as instructed by the tmobile tech support people ..all this ro no avail....what is happening?...i have a samsung s23 ultra phone and samsung tv.....any aid on a setting im not aware of i may have pressed.....idk...the moviee is all " choppy" as it plays on the tv but the phone screen is fine...the second i disconnect my bluetooth earbuds it runs smooth as ice on the tv....ive even metered any changes in data while i made the the ear buds bluetooth go on and off thinking maybe it was putting a memory tax on the router...nope...no change in that
I texted a long ago friend who haven't tt in 6mos or so. Had him saved as his name in my phone. After I sent him 2 qwik messages via text in text que/folder or whatever it changed to wat appears an email Like his phone number @ t-mobile....blah blah blah.com Wats it mean He blocking me? I have someone’s number blocked but they are still able to leave voicemails (harassing me); I accidently deleted the last voicemail they left before getting the calling number and the list I have of blocked numbers is so long it’s impossible to narrow down the number from that. Is there a way to view call history from blocked numbers in Android so that I can have T-mobile block it automatically from being able to leave voicemail messages, or is only option to reach out to T-mobile support and maybe have them view call history?
I just got a new phone and my Gmail account will not open any photos. My old phone, fine, my desk top fine, but the new phone there is no preview and it then states, cannot open photo. I went back to the T Mobil store and two agents tried unsuccessfuly to fix problem, They could not help me. Any advice?
Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to:sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back to sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul
I joined T mobile to days back. I had about 5 calls including calls with T mobile customer service, every call I have been in had issue with the other person could not hear me part of the call. All calls were made from my home. I have Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have 14 days to decide and I am at the verge of deciding to leave T mobile. Anyone can give me a reason not to leave Tmobile?
Been getting numerous voice mails from 805 637 7243. This is the so-called number to call to check voice mails for T-Mobile? I usually dial my cell phone number for voice mail access. I blocked this number as well as 305-707-0225 where the voice mails appear to originate from. The blocks are NOT working!! I’m getting calls, with no ring, and just noticing the voice mails. How can I stop getting any calls/messages and annoyances from these spammers???
Using family allowances I used to be able to turn sons phone off when needed, not just data, but made it where he couln’t use phone at all at night. I can turn data and wifi off but need to make it where he can’t make calls all through the night. This feature used to be available now it is not.
