I just bought a new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone and my native Visual Voicemail is not working. My Unlocked Pixel 3a native Visual Voicemail worked fine for 3 years and it still works fine as I’ve given this phone to my brother who has the same T-Mobile plan.I’ve talked to T-Mobile support and so far they haven’t been able to figure out why it’s not working. It appears (see pics) that it’s trying to activate, but never does.Using the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail App is NOT an option… it is not the same and it doesn’t transcribe the voicemail to text. If this issue can’t be resolved I’ll be forced to change carriers.
in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this?of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.
Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to:sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back to sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul
So T-Mobile supposedly says they’re switching RCS over to Jibe for those who have T-Mobile as the RCS but still hasn’t. I don’t think they are though. One would think they would test it out first and when they’re ready to roll out, make the announcement. If any rep can respond with an actually roll out ETA that would be great. If the answer is it’s on the works then we know it’s not happening for at least current models. I have the S23.
My device magnet mobile app is stuck trying to start up. The circle just keeps spinning. I swiped down my screen it says MCM client and I noticed some of my system apps that came factory such as the Moto camera app and device health management app says no longer compatible with my device contact the app developer. Does anyone know what this means? Or how I can fix it?
Hi all,I accidentally deleted a message conversation on my Samsung Android today, and I can’t get it recovered using the conventional methods suggested on-line. I’m trying to avoid resetting phone to factory defaults and restoring from my current active Google backup. When I replaced the phone and phone number earlier this year, the current messaging app from Verizon remained the default and I didn’t think about the possible consequences regarding that. Restoring from the Verizon app doesn’t work. I changed app to Samsung but that still doesn’t work. Any suggestions before I reload?
I am missing texts from random people (at&t. Tmobile, Verizon etc). The most recent is from an At&T android phone. I'll get texts and then randomly I won't get one text but then I'll get another 20m later. It's only my phone and not theirs because other iPhones on tmobile or other androids not on tmobile aren't having this issue. I'm half tempted to move to iPhone because I can't keep missing important messages.
I am using WiFi calling on my Android cell phone connecting to my RT-AX86U Intermittently (the worst kind of problem) inbound calls will not come through and they get sent to voicemail. Also text messages will not go out. If I turn the phone's WiFi off, the problem goes away. The WiFi signal is strong and I have tried using 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz for the network with the same result.ISP is XFinity (cable)Has anyone had this issue before?
How do I get rid of the voicemail notification on my Galaxy watch? I have gone through my voicemails on my phone and deleted them all. I tried calling the voicemail from my watch notification and it just hangs up without calling. I even tried calling the number for my watch (which does not work). And the notification is still there...3 months later. At this point, it is just annoying. I have no voicemail and can't delete the notification on my watch, it says "Received on Watch" so nothing on phone's voicemail makes a difference, and it does not clear when I clear all the other notification on my watch. I just want to get rid of the notification.
Samsung Note 20 5G (SM-N981U) with Andmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm m,roid 13.How do I turn off and disable the Emergency S.O.S. calling feature?dfffffffffffffffffffffcIn my State as of July 15th, it is now a crime to make a false automated 911/SOS call.1st offense gets you a warning.2nd offense in five year running period gets you $1,000 fine, and 6 months in jail if a physical response is dispatched because of the call.3rd offense in a five running period gets a $3,500 fine, then if physical response happens its 18-24 month sentence.4th time it becomes a Felony with $10,000 fine and/or 60 month sentence regardless of physical response or not. So? How does a person turn OFF the Emergency S.O.S. calling feature to avoid the possible consequences above?
My voicemail timestamp for messages left is 3 hours behind. The time on my phone is correct. Ive called to ask how to fix twice. There was a network reset done and then i was given a short code then told to add the voicemail provider number at the end then pound and enter the correct time. I was also told to access my voicemail settings through the phone app which, for me, is greyed out so Im unable to make ant sort of change there. Can anyone tell me how to correct the voicemail timestamp that hasnt been tried or been told to to. Ive tried restarting the phone and toggling the time on the phones time settings as well. Thanks!
S22 UltraRandomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support.Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings.Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won’t warranty it. It blows my mind that we can pay this much for phones and they have an issue that is obviously the phone and not from me dropping it or something. I’ve read that alot of other people have had this sa
