After months of calling Tmobile regarding billing issues and reps telling it will be fixed and nothing was done. Today, 4/17/24  before 11 am, i called Tmobile call center and had the pleasure of speaking with Mindy Moreno at Kingsburg, CA location. She was the only one who told me the truth about my account.  No one else did that. I spoke to probably to 5 representatives  before her.  Each telling me that it will resolved in the next billing statement. It's been about 4 months trying to get resolved. A Sales Agent at the Pico Rivera location lied to me when I got smart watches. I have been overcharged ever since. Now. Mindy said that I would need to come in person to discuss/dispute billing. TMOBILE is lucky to have a valued honest representative.  This could have been resolved months ago.
