While fishing the other day, my T-Mobile REVVL fell into the lake. I went to a T-Mobile store to buy another REVVL phone. The full price for the phone was $199.00. Why did they charge me a upgrade fee?

Even though you got the same phone it's viewed as an upgrade since it probably needed a new Sim.
Tmobile charges a $5 fee to pay in the store. There's all kinds of new fees most customers don't know about.
Looking around it's a $20 upgrade fee and $10 for a Sim.
