I’ve been a customer for 14 yrs and was told Netflix was free for life. I’m still alive. See below posted under T-Mobile yet we started getting a charge years ago at $2.50. Then $3.50, $4.50 and now $8.50. We have the Magenta plan and only have 1 screen. Been on the phone several times for hours and get the same excuse...our prices went up so we have to charge you. WTH
